Recognizing Individual Callings Within the Church:

We focus on recognizing and understanding the unique callings of individuals within our team. Through God’s guidance and discernment, we assess their spiritual gifts and talents to determine where they can best serve in the church. Some may feel called to pastoral ministry, while others may be led toward evangelism, teaching, or other areas of service. Each person’s calling is considered with care, ensuring they are placed in roles where they can thrive and fulfill their purpose.

Equipping and Training Individuals for Effective Ministry:

Once we identify their callings, we commit to equipping and training these individuals based on their specific roles and gifts. We provide them with the knowledge and resources necessary to serve effectively within the church. Twice a year, we invite potential leaders—those who show promise and dedication—to training sessions outside of Iran, where they can develop their skills and deepen their understanding of ministry.

Ongoing Education and Leadership Development for Church Planting:

In addition to the bi-annual training sessions, we offer ongoing monthly courses outside the country. These courses are designed to further develop their leadership abilities and spiritual knowledge. The goal is to ensure that they return equipped and prepared to start new churches, expanding the reach of God’s Word and establishing strong communities of faith.
